I started working out with Jameel at the end of 2019. After two pregnancies I had gained a lot of weight and was in pretty bad shape! I have never been particularly into fitness but knew at the time that something had to be done for me to get my health back.
From the very beginning I felt at ease with Jameel. He personalized my trainings taking into consideration the shape I was in and always pushed me
further at every session. With his help I was not only able to lose weight, but have gained strength, muscle, endurance and
especially the confidence I had lost with every kilo I had put on. At almost 43 now I have lost more than 35kg and have never felt stronger physically but also
I can now consider myself a "fitness person" and cannot go a week without my sessions with Jameel! After almost 4 years he is still able to come up with new workouts and methods to make sure I progress.
Thanks to his plan and precious advice I have not only learned a lot about fitness; nutrition and health in general, but he has taught me the meaning of effort; compromise and especially
consistency which is key to reaching any goal in life.
