When you are in this side position you want to breath into a rotation that is initiated from the hip (on the video the left hip) that is not on the ground. Breath and push one side for about 15-20x then repeat on the opposite side.
Place your foot flat and move your ankle from right to left at a diagonal angle forward. Do this for 20-25x on both ankles/feet.
Grab your foot and make a full circular rotation in both directions 10x. Makes sure that you flex your foot to every possible angle as you rotate your foot in both directions
The focus here is the inner thigh/groin area. You want to gradually stretch this area with every breath you take. Try to get your knee as far outside (shown here with the right knee) the line of your hip as possible.
This is the same stretch that we with start with during our sessions. Take a deep breath and press the glute (butt) forward helping to open the hip flexor of that leg that you are kneeling on. You should feel the stretch on the front part of your kneeling leg.
